Nov 8th of 2012, three committee members of badminton club, Sumudu Tennakoon (Vice-president), Maheesha Tennakoon (Webmaster) and Jin Zhang (OrgSync Manager), they did a short presentation in Turner Center at 7:00PM. 

Sumudu Tennakoon explained the details of how to create and maintain a website for a club and also mentioned the using of web technologies. Jin Zhang talked the topic of orgsync management. Sumudu Tennakoon and Maheesha Tennakoon prepared the ppt file for the presentation. Appreciate for their great job.

Badminton club members participated in OLEmpics 2012, International sports festival organized by International Students Organization (ISO) at the University of Mississippi. The competition was held from 14th to 21st October 2012 and around 200 international students, faculty and staff members participated in 12 different sports events.Badminton Men's and Women's singles were two popular events in OLEmpics 2012.

 In the afternoon of Jan 21st, our Badminton Club did a volunteer service for International Sports Day. There were 8 members in our club volunteered on the court from 1-4 pm, we helped them to set up the courts, taught them to play and officiated the games, ect.
